General camping is included with admission, and attendees can camp beside their vehicle. Every vehicle needs a vehicle pass. Vehicles larger than a 20-foot passenger van, plus buses, trailers, campers and pop-ups, need an RV pass. Those passes are limited, so do not wait until the drive to Arkansas to figure out which vehicle category you are in. Arrival and re-entry The official festival information says gates operate 24 hours once the event opens. Wristband holders may leave and return, with security screening on re-entry. RV travelers should follow Hillberry's route guidance instead of blindly accepting the shortest navigation route; the festival specifically warns about the nearby Beaver Bridge limitations. Showers, supplies and pets The Farm has a hot-water shower house plus a general store for basic necessities and firewood. Pets are not allowed, with the published exception for qualifying service animals. Accessibility ADA camping and parking are available. The organizer instructs guests to request those accommodations when they first arrive at the front gate. Participation Most 2026 vendor, workshop, live-art and media application windows are already closed. Hillberry does not currently run a general volunteer program, so check the live applications area before planning around a work exchange. Official resources: festival site
